DAS RAIQA: A FORWARD-LOOKING URBAN QUARTER FOR INNSBRUCK

With the successful completion of the ambitious “DAS RAIQA” development in 2026, a major milestone in Innsbruck's urban development has been reached. Over a three-year construction period, Raiffeisen-Landesbank Tirol invested a total of around EUR 155 million to create a modern and sustainable environment in a central location.

A HYBRID MEETING PLACE FOR THE CITY

Corporate headquarters: The new headquarters of Raiffeisen-Landesbank Tirol forms the architectural and functional heart of the site.

Culture & lifestyle: A publicly accessible art gallery offers space for cultural exchange, while the Radisson RED lifestyle hotel sets international standards in tourism and hospitality.

Commercial & dining: A diverse mix of modern office space, restaurants and shops brings the quarter to life and creates an attractive public realm.

Through the smart combination of state-of-the-art structural engineering, architecture and lifestyle, the site has become a multifunctional quarter that significantly enriches Innsbruck's urban identity.
