For this exclusive residential project in Vienna's 3rd district, BauCon International ZT GmbH was entrusted with the demanding structural design. Our task was to translate the architectural vision of flowing, light-filled spaces into a safe, robust and precise structure.

The modern building impresses with its dynamic architecture, featuring generous floor-to-ceiling glazing, staggered balcony bands and an imposing foyer almost 4 metres high. The complex geometry of the cantilevered outdoor areas and the integration of the underground car park ramp and the lowered ground floor called for tailor-made engineering solutions to perfectly combine aesthetics and structural stability.
